AWE Fellows: Mentoring Program

Understanding that coaching is a unique professional partnership that contributes to a high level of personal and professional success, AWE has established a pro bono leadership coaching program.

This program provides a unique and valuable opportunity for female business students and early stage entrepreneurs to be a part of AWE’s professional networking group, allowing them to interact and establish relationships with mentors in the business world, and to attend AWE events free of charge. Each fellow has the opportunity to work with a coach for six months to assist them in achieving their entrepreneurial aspirations.
