Meet Joy Taylor, Co-Founder of TayganPoint Consulting Group

Joy Taylor is the co-founder and CEO of TayganPoint Consulting Group. She has over 20 years of cross-functional experience working with companies leading large scale organizational transformation and critical business imperatives. Joy has a proven ability to manage complex, global programs and initiatives, drive process & productivity improvement efforts, lead change, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. She is frequently recognized for her expertise in working with challenging environments particularly focused on achieving finance and productivity & efficiency related improvements.

Joy’s career began at General Electric becoming an expert in Lean Sigma and program leadership. Subsequently, she developed her consulting passion working at both PriceWaterhouseCoopers then IBM prior to starting her own firm, Taygan Consulting, in 2005. As an expert in Lean Sigma, large-scale transformation, program management, change management & communication, Joy is most widely known for leading complex, global programs with direct impact on the strategic vision of the company.

Joy is a frequent presenter to audiences at client conferences, professional association meetings, and developmental forums. Her charismatic style is similar to her consulting style; leaving a strong impression to all in attendance. As an active contributor in community affairs, Joy dedicates a great deal of her free time to non-profit organizations offering pro bono consulting services. She is also the founding board member of the YMS Special Stars program serving the athletic needs of children on the autism spectrum, and serves of the board of St. Mary’s Hospital in Langhorne, PA.

Joy resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania with her husband Tony, and four children, Amanda, Anthony, Taylor & Egan.
